Spirit of God be for us joy
Healing gift of love creating a new heart
Longing to be,
Spirit alive
Very life of God be rooted within us

Voice which calls us beyond shattered dreams
Barren days
To receive and give of God's love

May you kindle our hope
In the morning of life

Peace with day's end

For this moment in life,

Then shall the desert soon become such fertile land

The Spirit of God moves us to bring
Good news to poor and stranger
And to the blind, new visions clear
To set prisoners free

Integrity will keep peace within our land

My people will live in a land so peaceful
How happy you shall be planting next to every stream
